Comic Book Teaches Internet Piracy Consequences


The Case of Internet Piracy, a booklet for youth, was created by the National Center for State Courts (NCSC). In slick comic book form, it addresses a teenagers downloading of Internet music at the same time her grandmother faced eviction from her home. Both ended up in court. It informs readers about the law and also helps them understand more about the judicial branch of government. Large quantities are available for states and smaller jurisdictions to distribute with their own court named contact information added.
